EXI.green is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF-Plus) and the state of Baden-Württemberg and subsidised by the Freiburg Economic Development Agency FWTM and Mannheim2. The programme is coordinated by the Department for Business Start-ups and Business Succession at the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism.

Hardly anyone has a clear idea of which career path is right for them at the start of their studies: "What do I really want to do and what can I motivate myself to do over the next few years?"
It is a privilege that we have countless options today. However, finding the right direction for your own life can also be a challenge.
In our purpose workshop, you will use various methods to analyse the big questions in life on an individual basis: "What do I love? What am I good at? What does the world need? How can I earn money?"
Would you like to find out more about your own goals, values, strengths and problem-solving skills and get closer to your purpose? Then this workshop based on the principle of Ikigai is just right for you.

Starting a business alone or on your own is almost impossible!
Nothing beats mutual exchange and the chance to help each other or even to do "common cause".

In addition to our offline community, which always meets up on various occasions (rumour has it that Block 4 is also involved from time to time), there is also our online community on Slack. Whether you're sitting in Heslach or on a semester abroad in Finland, the Slack community is always there for you! With more than 100 people interested in founding a company, we exchange ideas and help each other.

Since spring 2022, Building 5 has become a melting pot for start-ups at HFT.
The PLAN G team and funded start-ups have found their place there. We have also been holding events and seminars here ever since.
The PLAN G co-working space is always available to you on the ground floor of Building 5. Whether you're working on your start-up idea, doing group work or need a place to write a term paper. Come by, grab a table and get started!

Do you not only want to gain experience, but also invest your time and all the work on your thesis or internship in your own project? How about an internship in your own start-up? Or with a thesis topic on a fellow student's start-up?
We have already been able to realise this offer several times in the past two years. Individual consultation with your supervisors and a check of the respective examination regulations is necessary - but this should not deter you.

Are you passionate about your idea but don't know how to finance it at first?
We understand! That's why there are various ways for you to apply for funding. We can advise you on the
- EXIST start-up grant, which allows you to work full-time on your start-up for a year
- Young Innovators programme, which is very similar to the EXIST start-up grant and is offered specifically in Baden-Württemberg
- EXIST Women, which is available for female founders at a very early stage of their start-up

Every month there is an open legal consultation in cooperation with the law firm Dornkamp.
The legal consultation hour takes place alternately at the Stuttgart universities and is organised as follows:
- in the first hour there are individual, bookable slots
- in the second hour, there is an open session where you can talk to the lawyers even without a pre-booked appointment
