In the project, alternative urban scenarios for an inner-city neighborhood in Stuttgart will be presented using performative, participatory tools. These are based on a different mobility behavior and resulting changes for the urban space. The scenarios will be evaluated comparatively with regard to their experienceability. The background to this study is the increasing volume of traffic in the Stuttgart metropolitan region. The high proportion of motorized individual traffic (MIV) is associated with negative effects on the quality of urban space and quality of life.
